Subject: [PATCH] Default theme to Sage (consumer) for all new users

- resolveStoredTheme() falls back to 'consumer' instead of 'dark'
- ThemeContext default also updated to 'consumer'
- Users with a previously saved theme are unaffected (localStorage wins)
